Our VAs undergo a rigorous recruitment process, where candidates are screened based on their experience, references, and education levels. They also undergo extensive practical testing to assess their skills in lead generation, diary management, CRM, and digital content creation. For technical IT and software roles, candidates face additional testing and must submit a portfolio of previous work. We prioritise the right job fit and suitability for every role.

We begin with our own internal skills testing and cross-reference our candidates' previous work. We check relevant references and maintain regular check-ins with our clients. Our team members are required to undertake regular upskilling training and leverage the latest AI technologies to assist with their tasks, thereby improving productivity at work.

Once the contract begins, we will embed one of our most experienced members to work alongside your chosen team member for a week. This week, which we call a "FREE WEEK," will be dedicated to training and development to ensure your new team member is fully supported and understands the expectations. During this transition week, we will not charge for the additional person's time; they will work for you for free.

In the second week, we will continue to support your new team member by regularly checking in several times a day to ensure they have the assistance they need. Over the following two weeks, we will scale back our communications to daily check-ins to ensure they feel empowered in their new role and supported by our team. By the end of the month, you can expect your new team member to be fully integrated into your business, with productivity improving.

As with all knowledge-based skills, practice makes perfect. The longer your VA stays with you, the better they will become.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Business Account Manager. You can reach out to them via phone, email, or video chat as often as needed.

Under Filipino labour laws, employees typically become permanent six months after the start of their contract. This transition entitles them to various benefits, including annual leave, sick pay, bereavement leave, Magna Carta leave, and more. Our clients have the option to either retain their employees as permanent staff members or hire another employee on a contract basis.

Once a client signs the contract, we begin our recruitment process.

The recruitment process typically takes between 2-3 weeks to identify the most suitable talent. Once the final candidate is selected, a security deposit and one month's salary need to be deposited.

A two-week notice period is required before your new team member can start. We will use this time to identify all the necessary requirements to be succesful in the role.

Once the contract starts, we will train and integrate them into your operations alongside with one of our business leaders.

We present you with a shortlist of qualified candidates, and make our recommendation about the most suitable candidate for your role. The final decision on team selection is always yours.

No lock-in contracts for casual work. Casual staffing is negotiated hourly or weekly, with service length specified upfront and the possibility to renegotiate after the initial period.

Part-time roles are typically arranged on a contract/project basis with a minimum period of three months.

Full-time roles require a minimum six-month commitment to ensure comprehensive value, attract top talent, and provide stable service.

Our services are fully scalable. With due notice and contracts in place, you can increase or decrease the scope of services based on your business requirements, and we'll adjust the resources accordingly.

We strive to align our operations with your business hours, regardless of time zone differences, to ensure seamless collaboration. Our teams are prepared to provide updates and reports on a schedule that suits you best, enhancing communication and offering consistent, tailored support for your business needs.

Like in all things, when dealing with humans, mistakes can happen, and certain skills take time to master. We go to great lengths to identify the right talent, but clients also need to invest time in training their new team members. The first four weeks when a new VA starts are crucial. We take our clients' feedback seriously and will act on it promptly.

If a VA is not meeting expectations, they will receive additional training and support, and we will identify the root cause of the problem. Working alongside our clients, we will take corrective measures and assist in improving performance. If a candidate still falls short in their performance after additional training has been provided, they can be replaced to minimise business disruption. Four weeks notice period is required for part time and full time roles.

You'll pay a single monthly fee which includes: employee's salary, relevant taxes, holiday pay, and government dues. Our client fees are added on top, expressed in local currency. Costs for employee equipment and software are additional and based on individual business needs.

  • Any additional costs incurred, such as telephone calls, line rental, or specific stationery, will be added to your invoice.
  • Prepaid packages must be paid in full before any work begins and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • GST is applicable to all rates.
  • Administration work includes tasks typically expected of a Virtual Assistant/EA/PA. For example, they could update the text on your website, but they would not be responsible for creating custom graphics or making coding changes.
