We are seeking a talented Lead Generator – Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines. Located in Manila region could be an advantage.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Develop and implement strategies to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
Daily updates and collaboration with the leadership team, ensuring the business is kept up to date with relevant information.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and business development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and business development.
Must be attuned to western business practices and cultural norms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and business development.
Previous experience working as a lead generator with a BPO is a must
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
